Hello I’m Annette. Welcome to Creatively Nourished – I’m so glad you’re here!

At Creatively Nourished, we believe to be truly healthy you cannot simply pick and choose the areas of your life to focus on – rather you need to care for yourself in all aspects. Spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health must be addressed and aligned for optimal health.

Nutrition and lifestyle greatly influence your overall health. And we now know there is a significant connection between the mind and body. To have lasting change, we must address our relationship to food and self. Weight loss is 80 percent nutrition – which is greatly influenced by your thoughts and daily actions. Creatively Nourished combines these techniques with bio-individual nutrition plans for optimal health.

My Wellness Story

As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, trained psychotherapist and master NLP coach, it is my aspiration is to help you reach your complete wellness goals.

I myself struggled to lose weight, figure out what nourished my body and ultimately understand the Mind-Body connection when it comes to health. Luckily, I found certain practices that helped me to not only lose the unwanted pounds but improve my overall happiness in life.

There has always been a love in my heart for helping others. While I was practicing psychotherapy, I noticed those individuals that changed their diet improved their mental health. This led me to pursue further education in nutrition. I have a dual master’s degree in counseling from St. Edwards University LPC & LMFT. Am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association, and Primal Certified Expert. As well as a master NLP coach, hypnotherapist, and trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Currently I specialize in bio-individual nutrition that is customized to you and what your body needs to be healthy. Part of what I do here at Creatively Nourished is supply you with the resources and information to make these lasting healthy lifestyle adjustments.
