How to reprogram your mind

Neurolinguistic programming or NLP as it's often referred to is a tool that you can use in any area of your life to write a new story. It's basically the study of how successful people get results.

It is a tool that I have used for the past two years to stop negative thought patterns, actions and change my self talk. It has allowed me to communicate more effectively and to make huge strides in my life.

NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. 

Neuro- refers to our nervous system (the mind), through which all of our experience is processed the other five senses. Examples include auditory, visual, kinesthetic, olfactory, and gustatory. 

Linguistic refers to language and other nonverbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered, and given meaning. This includes pictures, sounds, feelings, tastes, smells, and words or self talk.

Programming is the ability to discover and neutralize the programs we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

We often upgrade our phones, cars, and so many other things in our lives. Yet our unconscious mind directs 95% of our actions. And the programming in that unconscious mind can stem from early childhood, or even generational lineage. If you want to change your actions work with the part of your mind that has the biggest influence your unconscious mind.

I have had clients release emotions, trauma’s and thought patterns that have kept them stuck for over 20 years. Once they let it go job opportunities came in, they lost weight, body pains went away, they developed a better relationship with money, and they started to view life in a more positive way. When we are ready to move to the next stage in life all we have to do is get out of our own way and let go of what’s holding us back.

I’ve seen massive change that comes with reprogramming and rewiring the brain.
